Cost of conference

• Conference costs are $375 for Lodging Students, $285 for Day Students. This year counselors come for free.  Those registering early and paying the balance due by April 20th will receive a $50 discount.

 In addition, a family discount is available to assist families sending three or more people to the BWSC, as follows: First two attendees – regular cost, third and subsequent attendees – $50 discount each. 

Payment in full is due by May 4th to avoid a $25 late fee.

Because of our growth space has become limited. Late registrations may be waitlisted.

Please register prior to the week before the conference begins if possible as last week registrations cause extra challenges and time to process.
